Education, Science, Research & Innovation

18 May 2021  I  10:00 – 11:30
Online via WebEx

Starting on 1 July, Slovenia will preside over the Council of the European Union for the second time. This particular webinar will place special emphasis on the priorities of education, science, research and innovation.

Times of crises can offer a renewed resolve and the coming decade can  offer new opportunities to refocus priorities in educational objectives and keep education a top priority. Concurrently, now is the time to push for substantial sustainable progress in strategic areas such as upgrading research infrastructure, as well as other activities supporting and enabling excellence in science, research and innovation.

UnILiON (Universities Informal Liaison Offices Network) is a Brussels-based informal network of 50 Brussels-based liaison offices representing more than 150 excellent universities from the EU, but also the United Kingdom, Norway, Japan and Russia. The network represents an arena of exchange where the participants share information and nurture collaboration.
